Seashore Line Camper Resort Condominium Association, Inc. was established in 1984 and is a non-profit Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) located in Southern New Jersey. The community consists of 374 independent owner living units with supporting common interest property sections providing services to owners and families to include a recreation center, an adult and baby pool, youth and adult activity rooms, athletic fields, children play ground, an outdoor community pavilion, laundry facilities, bath houses, boat yard and other amenities. The community is conveniently located to neighboring New Jersey shore and beach community resorts of Atlantic City, Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, Cape May with easy access to the Cape May / Lewis Ferry and Delaware. North and South bound exits to the New Jersey Garden State Parkway are a short driving distance. It is also within a one to two hour driving distance from the surrounding metropolitan suburbs and City of Philadelphia, PA.
OPERATIONS
The Community is operated by five elected non-paid volunteer Trustees who make up the Seashore Line Camper Resort Board of Trustees. All Trustees are property owners and elected by community owners for three year terms. Board of Trustee positions include: a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Maintenance. Standing committees of the Board of Trustees consist of volunteer community owners and include Finance & Audit, Maintenance, By-Laws, Election, Activities and Welcoming.
