Water turn on Day

Sick of snow and the cold?  Here is something that will warm you up inside.  The water turn on date for our glorious 30th season at Seashore Line will be Friday, April 4th 2014.  The board and committees are well underway planning the upcoming season so stay tuned for more information  here.

Emergency Water Shut Down

The extended weather forecast for the upcoming week shows several consecutive days with evening temperatures in the 20’s with daytime highs in the upper 30’s.  Because of this we have decided that we must shut down and flush the park’s water system this Sunday, November 24th to prevent damage to the water system should it freeze.  This is 1 week sooner than scheduled, however we feel it is in the best interest of the park.  Water will remain on in the front shower house throughout the off season.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We hope everyone has a safe, healthy, and Happy Thanksgiving!

Updates (Octoberfest and Water turn off)

A quick clarification on Octoberfest. The event kicks off at 6PM with the food. Anyone attending the  party is asked to bring a covered dish and a 6 pack of your favorite microbrew to share. At 8pm the tables are pushed to the side and the dance floor opens.

The water turn off date is November 30th, the week after Thanksgiving. This date is chosen to allow those who spend their winters far from NJ to attend Thanksgiving with their local families. Please be advised though that this may be changed to sooner should the forecast call for below freezing temperatures for an extended period.

Condo Fees 1st Due Date

A reminder that to avoid a late fee the 1st condo fee payment must be received by November 1st. Thank you to everyone that has already paid. It is a very big help! If you have not received your condo fee notice as of yet, we may have bad contact information for you. You can download the fee letter here. Click here to download.

Octoberfest and Food Drive

Just a reminder that October 19th is the annual October Fest at the pole barn. This is a great event and the last of the year (technically on the SSL calendar it would be the 1st event of next year). The event will officially start at 8PM in the pole barn. Bring a covered dish, and a 6 pack of your favorite brew for the party. There will be a bonfire and music.

Also we will be having a food drive. Any extra nonperishable foods you have, don’t throw them out or bring them back home. Donate them! Because of last year’s hurricane and flooding the local South Jersey food banks are running dangerously low as we are headed into the colder months. There will be a place to drop them off at the party, or you can bring them up starting now to the activity center to the drop off area. Thank you in advance to those that can help.
